Ex-Rushden manager will not sue
Graham Westley says he will not be sueing Rushden and Diamonds for wrongful dismissal even though he says the club had no grounds to sack him.

The former Stevenage and Farnborough boss was unexpectedly sacked after Saturday's 2-2 draw at Aldershot.

He told BBC Radio Northampton: "What's the point in sueing? I'm not doing the job anymore but I'm not bitter.

"I'm a straightforward person, if I'm doing the job pay me and if I'm not doing it you don't need to pay me."

The club are still involved in a legal battle with another former manager, Paul Hart, over the terms of his sacking.
