Cambridge trio sign new contracts
Cambridge United's Courtney Pitt, Stephen Smith and player-coach Mark Peters have all signed new one-year deals at the Abbey Stadium.
Former Portsmouth and Boston midfielder Pitt, 25, has made 73 appearances since signing for the U's in September, 2005.
Centre-back Peters, 34, will continue combining a playing and coaching role.
Meanwhile, midfield man Smith, 20, has extended his stay with the club where he started out as a trainee before breaking into the first team in 2004.
