Dunfermline goalkeeper Paul Gallacher saved a last-minute penalty to ensure his side took maximum points.

The visitors scored on 30 minutes when keeper Jamie MacDonald could only parry a Mark Burchill drive and Tam McManus squeezed the rebound home.

Queens striker Andrew Aitken was unlucky to see his header slide along the face of the crossbar.

And Stephen Dobbie's late spot-kick was stopped by Gallacher after Brian Gilmour had been tripped.
