The BBC will show the opening match of the tournament, between Switzerland and the Czech Republic at 1700 BST on 7 June with ITV broadcasting the later match between Portugal and Turkey at 1945 BST.
During the latter stage of the group phase, where matches are played simultaneously - games will be shown live on BBC One and BBCi and ITV1 and ITV channels.
The final will be shown live on BBC One on 29 June, with highlights on ITV1 later in the evening.
The BBC matches will also be available to viewers in HD.
