Lincoln City 3-1 Brentford

Two second-half goals saw Lincoln easily overcome a poor Brentford.

City took the lead with a freak goal when teenage midfielder Gary King sent in a harmless ball which baffled Brentford keeper Simon Brown.

Brentford equalised on the stroke of half-time with a Nathan Elder header but Lincoln edged ahead on 67 minutes via Jamie Forester's free kick.

Their third came seven minutes from the end when midfielder Lee Frecklington headed home a cross from Paul Green.
