Huddersfield 1-0 Tranmere

Andy Booth's eighth goal of the season was enough to give Huddersfield victory and end Tranmere's play-off hopes.

Booth, whose contract expires at the end of the season, tapped home after Michael Collins' toe-poke was parried by Rovers goalkeeper Danny Coyne.

Chris Shuker went closest in the first half for the visitors but was foiled by a fine save from Matt Glennon.

Booth almost grabbed a second late on for the hosts but he could not convert after a goalmouth scramble.
