Spearman aids Gloucestershire win
FRIENDS PROVIDENT TROPHY
Cardiff: Gloucestershire 204-4 (44.2 overs) bt Glamorgan 202-8 (50 overs) by 6 wkts

Craig Spearman helped Gloucestershire recover from a shaky start to claim a five-wicket victory over Glamorgan.

Set a target of 203, the visitors were wobbling at 16-3 before Spearman's 66 from 81 balls steadied the ship.

Chris Taylor and David Brown then shared an unbroken 82-run partnership as they cruised to a comfortable win.

Ben Wright top-scored for the hosts with 60 but the visitors' seam attack ensured Glamorgan's total never looked likely to be enough.
