The Royal couple's first engagement was at a Belfast restaurant where they sampled Northern Ireland produce.
Prince Charles then went to the Stormont hotel which is hosting a heritage and regeneration conference.
Camilla visited the Barnardos Centre at Windsor Avenue in Belfast, and was greeted by Mr Woodward.
The Duchess of Cornwall, who is the charity's president, toured the facility and met staff and families before dedicating a garden seat.
The couple was welcomed to Belfast by Lady Carswell, The Lord-Lieutenant of the County Borough of Belfast.
During their visit to a city restaurant, the Royal couple met representatives of the North East Ireland Slow Food Convivium, which has 80,000 members worldwide.
The Royal visitors were also presented with a hamper of local foods, before signing the visitors' book.
